I am so thankful for these two wonderful people who prayed and longed for a daughter. Their wishes came true on this day 27 years ago. They have been the best parents that I could have ever asked for. I have a whole new appreciation for them since we have been trying to have a baby. It is clear to me now, truly how much I have meant to them! I am going to celebrate tonight by eating with some of my best friends! Then we will have a family birthday this weekend when we are at home with both families! I normally LOVE birthdays and can't wait for this day each year, but I will be honest... I am not loving getting older! I like being in the mid-twenties!
"We are always the same age inside."- I sure hope this remains true the older I get! :)
