16 months old

This precious girl is growing up so fast! 
Wearing 12-18moth clothes, size 4 shoe and size 3 diapers. Weighs about 23 pounds. Cutting her 12th tooth.
  She's talking and saying at least 20 words. Thank you and hi her favorites! 
 Her personality is really coming out and she has turned into a little girl!  She is independent and wants to do what she wants to do! I am going to have a headstrong little girl but she is genuinely so sweet! She gives the best hugs and always loves to kiss!
 She is truly my little buddy! I love my days with her and as tired as I am at the end of the day, I can't wait for her to get up the next morning so we can be together again! I have never been so thankful for anything in my whole life!

    Dear Julee, Preslee and Family,

    I am one of countless strangers who has followed your blog for a very long time. From the announcement of your pregnancy to that awful day when Matt died. I have commented periodically, especially in the wake of Matt's death. I have prayed daily.

    Preslee is so pretty. She seems to me to be a perfect combination of you and Matt...I see so much of your beloved in her. So lovely this girl of yours.

    I am thinking of you and your family especially, this Easter weekend. I have prayed from the start for peace when your heart simply cannot take the ache. I can only imagine what each "first" feels like.

    But this first Easter without Matt, there is glory in this. It is the promise of Easter that allows you all to rest secure in the knowledge that you will be together again.

    So on this joyful weekend, as your heart breaks all over again, I pray with all my heart that the promise of Easter fills the space Matt left with hope. Hope for a long, full life with your lovely little girl. Hope for Matt's Family and friends. Hope for peace. Hope that ends pain and restores the soul. Hope that comes from the miracle of Easter.

    I hate when they become so independent that means they no longer wanna have snuggle time, or hold hands & what you once done for them they now wanna try & do on their own! So bittersweet but at the same time so great knowing you played a role in how she has gotten to this point. I am sure you are saying thank goodness for hugs & kisses still :)
