Family trip to Destin

Every year our family has made the trip to the Florida pan-handle and stays a week in Destin! It's so beautiful and fairly easy to get to! It's seriously one of my favorite places on Earth!
This year we stayed at the Inn at Crystal Beach. It was a nice 3 bedroom condo and was right on the beach!!
This is the spot where I stayed all day on the beach! I meant to have a pic taken while I was on the beach but never did! Oh well! :)
Our schedule there is: wake up, eat breakfast in the condo, go to the beach, eat lunch in the condo, go back to the beach, come in and get ready, go out to eat, then come back and play cards or watch a movie at the condo! Of course, we always manage to work-in time for shopping at the outlet mall!! It's the most relaxing vacation ever!
The first night we ate at on the patio at Joe's crab shack! This is Matt's mom in-between Matt's brother, Andy, and his girlfriend Chelsey.
Matt and Andy playing with their dinner! Yikes!
Lisa and her grown boys!
We have about a thousand pictures just like this, but there is something special about knowing this is our family of 3 in this picture!
My beautiful and always sweet mother-in-law that took us on this trip!
Pompano Joe's is my favorite place to eat because it's an open air restaurant with delicious food!!
Matt's cool artistic photo!
Andy and I were comparing our belly bumps! :)
Baby Turner's first of MANY trips to Destin!
My cute MIL has lost so much weight in the last 5 years and looks absolutely awesome!!!
I miss this view but I will be going back with my family in August and I'm already counting the days!!

My uncle lives in Destin. I've only been there once but I loved it. We went to Pompano Joe's for lunch. I think I had an open faced tuna sandwich. It was SO good.

Julee, I'm an occasional lurker on your blog, but haven't been on in quite some time, that is until yesterday when I saw what Kelly said. Congratulations on your pregnancy! I have a sorority sister who went through her infertility treatments at the same hospital you had yours. My sorority sister actually lives in St. Louis, and I'm right across the river in Illinois, so it was exciting to see St. Louis on your blog! I am very happy for you and for Matt, again congratulations!

I found your blog on Kelly's Korner and love it! These Destin pictures are so good! I live in Northern Alabama, and love going to the beach. I don't go near enough and live pretty close! Congrats on your pregnancy! I'm for sure going to become a new follower! I hope you can check mine out sometime as well!

I almost didn't recognize Lisa! She was the secretary in the history department at OBU when my husband taught there. And your dad was our dentist and your mom would spray tan me so I feel like I know you. I have read your blog for a while but have been too busy to read for months. Now I see you guys are pregnant! Congrats! Fertility sucks, we know. We're still infertile but we have been blessed with 2 boys through adoption. I hope you guys have a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Just wanted to say Congrats on your pregnancy. I have often thought of your struggle and prayed for you. I was so delighted to read that you were expecting and a baby girl at that!!

I love Destin! That was our honeymoon destination and in fact, my mousepad right next to me is a pic of my husband & I at Pompano Joe's :)
