I was messing with my blog template and thinking I knew what I was doing starting adding things to the HTML from the internet. When it didn't look like I wanted it to, I decided to erase what I had done. I ended up pushing a button that took my blog back to the default settings! I had about 10 seconds of "OH NO, OH NO, OH NO!!!!". Then the tears came. I looked at Matt and begin to really cry thinking of all the time and effort I had put into this dang blog and it was just all GONE!
Matt, being the sweet husband that he is started trying to revive my beloved blog. He probably worked on it for 2-3 hours. I got done crying and just decided that I would make a new and even better blog! We had friends trying to help us and we kept thinking we were close but we just couldn't get it. But I got close enough to be able to copy and paste all of my friends so that all I had to do was go down the list and add all the addresses back into my new blog. So at midnight and I sat down to begin the journey and started pulling up the new template and then it appeared! Everything I thought I had lost was there!!!!!!!
Earlier in the evening, Matt had emailed the blog moderators and had told them what had happened. They said this happens all the time and to just email to explain what we needed. I don't know if Mr. Blog moderator made it all come back or if it was always there but I don't care. I am just so relieved to be back in action! I promised Matt I would not mess with my blog template anymore!
Thank you to my good friend Jennifer for calming me down during the first few minutes of my breakdown and to Mary and her husband Jonathan for doing everything they could to try to find my old blog online!
This was NOT funny earlier tonight but I think I might can laugh about it now!
Obviously, there are many worse things in life than a blank blog and I don't want any of you to forget about Kelly, Scott and Harper Stamps. They have gotten a little bit better reports today so I know that God hears all of us praying! So keep it up! And click HERE to see pictures of precious Harper!

I'm glad your blog is back! I was really worried last night because Jonathan made it sound like your whole blog was deleted. Anyway, I hope you have a fabulous Martin Luther King Day
I did that one time last year and about had a total meltdown too! Shawn couldn't believe I got so upset over a blog page. I guess people don't understand how addictive (and how much time you put into your page) unless they have one. I am super happy that you got all your stuff back!
i know how you feel. before you could save your "links" i had my friends in a list and lost them twice in two days. i thought i was going to lose my mind.
