We have been so impressed and SO proud of Romeo! Other than the few things he has stolen to try to get attention, he has adjusted very well to having a baby living in the house! He even seems to really care about Preslee and is worried about her when she cries. He will come to the other room and look at me like, "Aren't you going to do something about that baby screaming?" ha! I just love how sweet he is around her and when he laid down next to her in these pics, my heart seriously melted!!
Can't wait to see them be best friends! :)

Sooo sweet! When we brought our baby girl home, our dog literally couldn't stand kids but something about her changed and she began to sleep under the crib. If I ever wondered where she was, she could be found there. And I got several of those "can't you hear the baby needs something" looks! : )

That is so sweet! Our dogs are the same way. If Alivia is crying when she wakes up Sadie immediately follows me into her room to make sure she's ok. Love having my daughter grow up with dogs :)

My bff has twin boys and had a shiba who was the same way....at first. They ended up having to give him away because he got very jealous. Shibas are not good diggs to have with children.
What precious pictures! This is my first time to comment, I just wanted to share what my bff went through with her shiba and her twin boys. He was awesome at first but then grew jealous and began charging at the boys when they started crawling. The vet told them in general shibas are not good with little ones...so Tyson had to find a new home. I am a huge animal lover so please don't take this the wrong way.

I just love these pictures. Today is my birthday and it has been a day. I've been constantly reminding myself to be thankful for God's blessings no matter what because they may be lessons!
