So here I go... time to do July catch up! :)
In the middle of July, mom and I decided to take a girls trip to Dallas to celebrate our summer birthdays! We got a great deal at the Gaylord Texan and spent two fun and relaxing days together with Preslee!
First on our agenda was meet up with my college friend Emily and her little girl Caroline! Preslee is just 3 weeks older than Caroline and we couldn't wait to get them together. We had a fun dinner at Pappasitos Mexican restaurant then sat outside on the patio to talk and take pictures of the girls!
It's crazy how much you love your friend's children!
Then we got checked in to the Gaylord Texan! Wow its a cool place!!
Preslee was very impressed and loved strolling around the hotel!
The next day we headed to the resort's water park for the day! It was SO much fun!!
We went around the lazy river probably almost 20 times! Preslee loved being in the water!
We also ate at Saltgrass Steak house and did lots of shopping. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back next year!

So glad you are back from your little break. Preslee is such a beautiful little girl. She definitely looks just like you. Good luck with all the big changes that are happening.
I've always wanted to go there! Maybe Buie & I need a mini vacay there this fall. :)
