Remember me

Tuesday marked another movie night with the girls! A few others were supposed to go with us, but couldn't make it. We missed them but still had a lot of fun!

We went to see 'Remember Me'. WOW... It's a very intense, stressful and dark movie. BUT I can honestly say it was really good! The love story between the main characters was great. I was afraid I was going to only think of Edward the vampire as I watched a movie with Robert Pattinson in it! ha!

I am still just so shocked with what happened at the end. It left me speechless. It's definitely a movie that will make you grateful for everything in your life and how fast those moments can be gone! If you are going to go see it... try not to read much about it and don't try and find out what happens. You really need to go into it not knowing so you will get the whole effect of the movie! Ok?!! And those of you who aren't sure if you are wanting to see it or haven't heard anything about it... Here is a synopsis!

In the romantic drama Remember Me, Robert Pattinson plays Tyler, a rebellious young man in New York City who has a strained relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since tragedy separated their family. Tyler didn’t think anyone could possibly understand what he was going through until the day he met Ally (Emilie de Ravin) through an unusual twist of fate. Love was the last thing on his mind, but as her spirit unexpectedly heals and inspires him, he begins to fall for her. Through their love, he begins to find happiness and meaning in his life. But soon, hidden secrets are revealed, and the circumstances that brought them together slowly threaten to tear them apart. Remember Me is an unforgettable story about the power of love, the strength of family, and the importance of living passionately and treasuring every day of one’s life.

Let me know if you have seen this movie and what you thought! :)

Look at how cute y'all are!!!!!! I tell Melissa this all the time, but I wish MORE THAN ANYTHING that I lived closer to you girls so I could go with you on your fun lunch/movie/girly outings!!!! :)

I'm hoping to make it down to NWA sometime this summer to meet baby Grayson, (unless Chad & Melissa make it up here) so hopefully I could meet you, as well!!!

Thanks for the brief overview of the movie. I wasn't sure about seeing it, but I might now!!! :)

Glad you had fun!

I was torn with this movie...not sure if I would see it or not ,but you have talked me into it...
I'm like you- I only think of Robert P. as a vampire...but sounds like you got over that with this movie.

Have a wonderful week!!!

Hi Julee,

I discovered your blog a little while ago and it is so cute...but this is my first time commenting! I went and saw Remember Me this past weekend too. I was also shocked at the end...although my friend and I figured it out about 15 mintues from the end and were like, "I wonder if..." and we ended up being right. It was intense, but we liked it. And I was sure I would think of vampires throught the whole thing, too...but I didn't! :)
