UPDATE!
I took the found pup to the vet early this morning and he had a microchip!!! YAY for smart pet owners! He lives down the street from me and "Elvis" is now with his family!! I am so glad this had a happy ending!

I am so so so glad he has a home and you found it. I am sure his owners were worried and are so glad you had him and took such good care of him last night!!!
