All about family.

We spent last weekend with our family! I feel like weekends at home are like a game of tug-a-war with everyone wanting to see Preslee. I love being there but it can be very exhausting for me!

But this weekend, we went down to see my dad receive an award and we would't have missed it for anything!  

 Preslee got all dressed up to go to the luncheon! 

 He got the Arkansas Dental association Distinguished Service award!! 

 We are so proud of Pop!!

We also spent time with Matt's family! It was such a beautiful day so we sat outside and let Preslee feel the grass and sun! :)

I love that they are going to grow up together and hopefully be good friends like their mommas!

We had a great weekend and once again feel blessed to have such a wonderful family that loves us so much!

Remember this??! This is my good childhood friend Emily who was 6 weeks ahead of me during pregnancy and who is coincidentally 6 weeks older than me!

And these are the little girls that were growing in our tummy!

Annabel was born exactly 6 weeks before Preslee!

Annabel is such a happy baby! Preslee started to cry and Annabel started smiling at her! ha!

Sadie's sip & see

Last Saturday, I went to a shower for Hilary and baby Sadie! Hillary posted a great summary on her blog and many more pics of the sweet girls that were all there! I got to meet so many blogger/twitter friends at the shower! It was so much fun! We stayed for 2.5 hours just talking and playing with babies.

The shower was at Kelly's house. All the food and punch were so delicious!

I didn't do a good job of getting a pic of everyone there but I did have this one of Jennifer, Kelly and me.

I felt so much joy at this shower because I know that these girls have been praying for us to get pregnant. The first thing they all did was give me a hug and told me how excited they were for us! It's truly an unbelievable feeling of love and support from these girls that I barely know in real life but have such a special friendship with from our blogs! I feel so much gratitude towards everyone that prayed for us!!

Weekend with Halle Kate.

My best friend, Stefan and her BEAUTIFUL baby girl, Halle Kate came to stay with me this past weekend! We had so much fun eating Mexican food, shopping and just hanging out!

Saturday night we went to see Brody and Jillian. Stefan, Jennifer, Josh and I all went to college together so it's so fun to get the kiddos all together when she was here visiting!

Brody really like Halle Kate! He is such a sweet boy!

Halle LOVED Romeo! And thankfully Romeo really liked Halle. He was very sweet with her when she wanted to pet him and squealed every time he came close to her!

Seriously is there anything sweeter than a baby's gummy smile?!!

I hate when any baby cries, but she still looks so cute when she is mad! :)

Matt fell in love with Halle Kate and even wanted her to sleep in bed with us! :) He is going to be the best dad one day!

And Romeo is going to be a great big brother! I loved how he jumped on bed with Halle before they left on Monday morning.

I can't wait to see this adorable baby girl and her sweet momma again soon!

Meeting baby Gus.

It's not every day that you get to meet your best friend's brand new baby!!

Augustus Raleigh Stewart was born on December 10th. For the 2 weeks, I have thought about my sweet life long friend, Tizzie and this new baby boy she brought into the world. I literally could not wait to get my hands on this precious boy!

Tizzie's first baby, Ruby wanted to make sure I paid attention to her too!!

We don't get to see each other often enough, but when we do, it's literally like no time has passed! We could talk for hours and not get bored! :)

Meeting baby Emmett.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I got to see 2 of my best childhood friends, Tizzie & Carrie, along with 2 day old baby Emmett!

This is Carrie's sweet new bundle of joy! I LOVE his hair!

I could have squeezed him and loved on him all night! And he smelled SO good! :)

Love these girls and can't wait to see sweet Emmett again and I am so excited to meet Gus (who will be here in the next week)!!
