Play dates and funny faces!

Preslee had a playdate with Brody last wednesday and then a group playdate on Friday! She thinks she is such a big girl and loves watching the older kids play.

She loves Brody and his sister Jillian so much! Brody showed P all of the toys on her jumparoo!

And she even laughed at him!

I think Brody had just as much fun playing with Preslee's toys!

Then on Friday we went over my friend Emily's house for a little playgroup! We are excited to start going to these at least once a month!

Happy 2nd Birthday Brody!

October 3 is my favorite little boy's birthday! I have spent so much time and have so many great memories with this sweet boy in the last 2 years! I just can't believe how fast the time has gone!

Last year's 1st birthday compared to this year's 2nd birthday.

This makes me want to cry, so I know this has to break his momma's heart!

Brody's party was on Saturday and was held at the Little Gym in Rogers. It's a great place to have a kids party and the workers take care of everything including, invites, paper products and organizing everything during the party!

For some reason, Brody is getting very hard to photograph! He always puts his hand over his nose during photos. Not sure why but hopefully its just a phase! ha! Maybe he is boycotting the camera since it's been in his face since birth! :)

I think opening the presents was when he finally realized this party was for him! He opened presents like a champ!

Brody specifically asked me last week if Matt was coming to his party. It was absolutely precious and we wouldn't have wanted to miss his party for anything!

Finally Friday!

There is not much going on in my world but I am excited that its almost the weekend! A special little boy is turning 2 this weekend. Matt and I can't wait to help him celebrate! His party is tomorrow but his real birthday is Sunday! I love Brody like he is a part of my own family! These were some cute pics of Brody from last weekend when he stopped by to see Juju and Matt!

He loves Romeo SO much!! Thankfully Romeo loves Brody back even when he is literally on his back! :)

After Brody's party tomorrow, Matt and I are going to have a date night! I am so excited to see the movie The Social Network. It comes out tonight and I have been watching a lot of press of the movie so I am very curious to see what its all about! I got facebook when I was a senior in college and have been addicted for 5 years! And Justin Timberlake, one of my favs, is in the movie so that is just an added bonus!

Brody and Dog party!

Brody Francis came over on Monday to play with "Nomeo" while his momma ran errands. I had the best time with him!! He is talking so much these days and I just love seeing him learn new words! I think he is seriously so smart! :)

He says "dat a" in front of everything so this was... "dat a doggie wa-wa".

He chased Romeo around the yard and Romeo LOVED it!

His other favorite thing at Juju's house is the "backum"! See video below... he seriously loves this thing. But honestly who can blame him, I love that Dyson too! :)

He wanted Romeo to have plenty of toys to play with! :)

About an hour after being here, it was during his afternoon nap time and I could tell he was getting tired. I just gave him is paci and his monkey and we laid down. I told him we were going to take a nap and go night-night. It was so funny because I pretended to be asleep and he just talked and talked then all the sudden he was still and quiet. I couldn't believe he had actually gone to sleep! I was so proud of myself! ha! And he slept for about an hour and 15 min before Jennifer got back and woke him up to go home!

Monday night, Romeo was invited to his Shiba friend's Birthday Paw-ty!

Hanging out with Brody!

Last night, my favorite little boy, Brody Francis came home with me! Jennifer and Josh brought him up to the salon to get his hair cut and then I asked if he could just come hang out with Romeo and me while they ran some errands! He was so funny! He said "Bye bye Mama!" as we drove off! :) He was so excited about seeing the "doggie"! He talked the whole way home and then kept looking back at me and saying "Hi juju". I just love this sweet boy so much!

Look at the precious face... He will always get whatever he wants from Juju! :)

He loved chasing "Nomeo"! He would sneak up and hug him and say "Oh Dog!". I am so glad that Romeo is sweet to Brody!

We spent a lot of time going up and down the stairs. I think it wore both of them out!

Ok... if you read Brody's momma's blog, you know that she is a clean freak and that Brody is infatuated with the "backuum". I mean this child really loves the vacuum cleaner!
