Catching up.

The last couple of weeks, I have been trying to stay busy. There have a been a few days that I just had to play catch up and sleep a lot of the day but all in all, Preslee and I have had some fun times with family and friends.

Preslee and I were so happy to have Jillian, Brody and Jennifer spend the day with us a couple of weeks ago. We played all day and ate a good lunch at Cracker Barrel. We miss our weekly play dates with the Francis family but I am so thankful for them making the 4 hour trip down to see us!

Then the next week we had Preslee's best friends, Caroline and Annabel come down to visit us for the day! I love their mommas so much so it was so good to spend the day with them. I was very exhausted that day but we still had fun playing in Nanny's play room and then ate a great lunch at the Honeycomb!
I loved this Halloween outfit Miss P wore that day! :)
We loaded up for lunch in my moms van! We laughed at how we seriously couldn't imagine having multiples!

Then we had our first Halloween!! I had already bought her bumble bee outfit on etsy and I wanted her to have pics from her first Halloween so I made myself dress her up and walk her up and down my parents street.

When I was fixing her hair like antennas, I felt like a childhood dream was coming true! haha! I was so excited to be fixing my baby doll's hair!

We trick-or-treated with our spider friend Alli!

 Cutest little bee ever!
Funny story--- I didn't notice her wings were on upside down until AFTER we were done! Oh well! :)

Trick-or-treating pro! She loved getting to suck on a sucker!

One of my very best friends lives in town and our girls are only 3 weeks apart. I was so excited to get a picture of Elliott and Preslee together for their first Halloween!

We never got them to both look at us but I love all the pics we got! They are both full of personality and I am glad these girls now get to grow up together!

Halloween night was difficult. I wasn't too bothered by the fact that Matt wasn't physically with us because I had expected that he would be working. But the fact that I couldn't send him pictures of our bumble bee and hear how much he loved her costume just about killed me. I am glad I made myself carry on and make this memory but I am just so sad he wasn't apart of her first Halloween.

I feel like I am surviving. I am trying to make plans for my life with Preslee. We have moved back to our hometown where my parents, his mom and family and many of my friends live. I never would have imagined that I would be back here after leaving 6 years ago, but right now this town is comfort for me and I feel like I am doing the right thing by being here. I question just about everything about my life and wonder what Matt would say or do but I know without a doubt, he would want us here where we feel safe with family support!

Trick-or-Treating

I went trick-or-treating last night with the cutest Robot ever!! This is my first Halloween as an aunt and I knew I couldn't miss seeing Seth!! I also had to make a special delivery of some yummy Halloween treats from my mom to her sweet grandbaby! :)

Cute Robot playing peek-a-boo!
He really liked his Vampire Mickey that I got him! I hate this pic of me but it was too cute of Seth not to share! :)
Love seeing my brother as a sweet daddy!
I had a lot of fun with this litte robot and look forward to Seth showing Preslee how to trick-or-treat next year!

Weekend recap.

Fayetteville's square had trick or treating on Friday afternoon. Since our salon is so close to the square, we got to see lots of cute kiddos dressed up! Including one of my co-worker's son, Mccoy, aka "Baller"!

Isn't this the cutest Baller you have ever seen!!

He carried his ball around the whole time, which really made the outfit!

Saturday night, Matt and I went to the Arkansas homecoming game! We were given some awesome tickets on the 3rd row! I didn't take my camera and once we got there and saw how good the seats were, I really was wishing I had!

I was so thrilled to get to sit so close to the cheerleaders! They are my favorite part of the game, of course! :)

This was me happy at the game... after we got home, I got hit with a horrific stomach bug!! It was terrible! I was up every hour! Thankfully by noon on Sunday, I was feeling better. But I didn't get to hand out candy to our trick or treaters! I was so disappointed!

I didn't end up getting Romeo a costume, but I had him wear this shirt that says "Got Treats" and his spike collar! Doesn't he look so tough?! :)

His neck is so fat you could barely see the collar! ha!

Matt and Romeo did such a good job passing out candy! Romeo waited for more trick or treaters all night!

Wonderful weekend with friends!

Last Thursday, two of my best friends from OBU came to visit me! Emily has a 6 month old, Cole who was the center of attention the whole weekend. I am so blessed with wonderful friends and I cherished the great quality time I had with them this weekend! We took TONS of pics so here are select few...

Stefan hanging out with Cole before bed!

I loved this baby snuggie thing that Cole slept in every night! So cute!

Cole trying out some green beans! I think I would have to agree with him that they are not good! ha!

Poor little man wore himself out on the excersaucer! :)

We did alot of this! Romeo seemed to enjoy having a baby in the house.

Speaking of Romeo... He had 2 visitors for the weekend too. Both of my friends brought their dogs! We had a wild house! Harley the black lab and Romeo had a great time running around the back yard.

And poor Duke the puggle got picked on the whole weekend!

Friday night we went by the tv station to see Matt do the news!

Cole man got to be on tv!!

Cole and the anchors

Saturday we took Cole to a pumpkin patch! We got so many cute pics it was hard to choose just a few to put on here.

"Seriously girls... what the heck am I doing here?"

I love this little man so much!!

We hung out with the Francis' for Halloween! Brody and Cole were so freaking cute in their costumes!

I think at this point Cole had had enough. I love how Brody looks like he trying to help him!
.
Love this cute family! Thanks for letting us hang out with you for Halloween!!

Seriously such a cutie! He loved crawling to the door to greet the trick-or-treaters!

I had a such a great time spending time with my friends. Thanks for enduring all the photos we took this weekend! ha! Cole started feeling sick on Friday and was really congested. We thought it was just allergies but before they left, we all had it! I have been so sick since Monday. I hate not being able to breathe!! I am hoping that I am on the down hill of this cold!

Hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend!
