Preslee's 1st trip to Destin

We went to Destin with my parents for a week at the end of May! Romeo was scheduled to spend the week at doggie daycare but we decided at the last minute to just take him with us! I am so glad we did. He is a perfect car rider and we all really enjoyed having him with us! 

He kept Preslee company in the back! :)

He didn't get a seat but Matt made sure his bed fit in the back so that he could rest!

We didn't spend near as much time at the beach as I normally do but it was so fun to have baby girl with us! It's just hard to spend time outside during nap time so we tried to go out in between then go back in so she could sleep in the cool condo!

She got to do many fun things like ride on luggage carts...

feel the sand for the first time...

Eat at Bubba Gump restaurant and many other yummy seafood favorites...

And spent lots of wonderful quality time with Nanny and Pop! 

We made great memories on Preslee's first of many trips to Destin! 

Family trip to Destin

Every year our family has made the trip to the Florida pan-handle and stays a week in Destin! It's so beautiful and fairly easy to get to! It's seriously one of my favorite places on Earth!

This year we stayed at the Inn at Crystal Beach. It was a nice 3 bedroom condo and was right on the beach!!

This is the spot where I stayed all day on the beach! I meant to have a pic taken while I was on the beach but never did! Oh well! :)

Our schedule there is: wake up, eat breakfast in the condo, go to the beach, eat lunch in the condo, go back to the beach, come in and get ready, go out to eat, then come back and play cards or watch a movie at the condo! Of course, we always manage to work-in time for shopping at the outlet mall!! It's the most relaxing vacation ever!

Baby Turner's first of MANY trips to Destin!

My cute MIL has lost so much weight in the last 5 years and looks absolutely awesome!!!

I miss this view but I will be going back with my family in August and I'm already counting the days!!
